This is a "full version" of the apparatus. Depending on Your demand less functions can be provided. The apparatus is designed to treat various diseases and carry out prophylactic therapy. The effect is achieved by applying diadynamic, sine-modulated currents as well as continuous galvanic, laser and laser-magnetic radiation to human body. It can be used to carry out therapy by treatment of various diseases and rehabilitation, for medicinal electrophoresis, electrostimulation, electrodiagnostics, flucturization, etc. The apparatus can be used in medical and prophylactic institutions. It is also very effective to help patients at home.
Description of Operation Modes:
Sine-modulated currents (SMC):
SMC 1 - The first mode (constant modulation) - continuous input with carrier frequency current. The depth of modulation and modulating frequency can be changed.
SMC 2 - The second mode (pulse-pause) - interrupted input with series of modulated oscillations. The depth of modulation and modulating frequency that alternate with a pause can be changed.
SMC 3 - The third mode (pulse-non-modulation) - continuous input with series of modulated oscillations. The depth of modulation and modulating frequency that alternate with series of modulated oscillations of carrier frequency can be changed.
SMC 4 - The fourth mode (intermittent frequency) - continuous input with series of modulated oscillations. The depth of modulation and modulating frequency that alternate with series of modulated oscillations (frequency 150Hz) can be changed.
SMC 5 - The fifth mode (intermittent frequency-pause) - interrupted input with series of modulated oscillations. The depth of modulation and modulating frequency that alternate with series of modulated oscillations (frequency 150Hz) can be changed.
Frequency of carrier sinusoidal oscillations is set discretely, fn = 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10 kHz. fn = 2; 3; 4 kHz - "hard" signal, used in electrostimulation when treating chronic and degenerative processes;
fn = 5 kHz - the only carrier frequency realized in "Amplipulse" equipment;
fn = 6; 7; 8; 9; 10 kHz - "hard" signal, less intensive stimulation. Applied to anesthetize, to cure acute and inflammatory processes.
Frequency of sine-shaped modulating voltage is set discretely and takes on value: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 25, 50, 75,100, 150 Hz. Depth of modulation is set discretely and takes on value: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125% (overmodulation mode).
Duration of series and pauses (alteration in types of current) is set discretely in correlation "1:1,5", "2:3", "4:6" "5:10"; "10:50" seconds in the second, third, fourth operation modes.
For the fifth operation mode the correlations between the two modulated series are set analogically, and duration of the two series plus pause is 2,5; 5; 10 seconds.
Diadynamic Current (DDC):
SC (single half-cycle continuous) - current pulse of sinusoidal shape with exponential shear, frequency 50 Hz.
DC (double half-cycle continuous) - current pulse of sinusoidal shape with exponential shear, frequency 100 Hz.
SR (single half-cycle rhythmical) - series of SC pulses.
SP (short period) - series of SC pulses alternate with series of DC pulses.
LP (long period) - series of SC pulses alternate with series of pulses complementing SC pulses to DC pulses. The pulse of the second type has the envelope that rises from zero point up to the peak value of SC current, takes on this value and drops to zero point.
SW (single half-cycle wave) - series of SC pulses. Its envelope rises from zero point up to the peak value, takes on this value and drops to zero point.
DW (double half-cycle wave) - series of DC pulses. Its envelope rises from zero point up to the peak value, takes on this value and drops to zero point. Maximum value of direct component of the output DC current.
Galvanic Current (G).
Laser and laser magnetic effect.
The apparatus is used to carry out magnetic laser therapy to treat various diseases.
Laser wave (red spectrum range). The length of the laser wave is 650 nm the radiation rate - continuous. Coherent monochromatic laser magnetic radiation (up to 25 mW) influences acupuncture points and affected areas separately or in combination with constant magnetic field (35±5 mTl). These procedures have proved to be effective, aseptic, short and painless. Laser radiation in combination with magnetic field makes it possible to do supravenous blood irradiation, provides anaesthetic, anti-inflammatory, disintoxication and antiedematic effects, improves microcirculation not only in the tissues that are exposed to irradiation, but also in the surrounding tissues, accelerates recovery of affected areas, stimulates immune protection.
Specific Features
New electric stimulation conditions (length of series and pauses (alteration in types of electric current) is set discretely in correlation "5:10"; "10:50" seconds in the second, third, fourth operation modes). Such conditions help to restore weakened muscles by rehabilitation after various diseases (scoliosis, carriage problems, defartrosis and periartrosis, amputation stumps, postimmobilization atrophy and contractures) and also by rehabilitation of sportsmen. To increase the electric stimulation effect electrodes of different shape are used.
When amplipulsetherapy is prescribed, it is possible to set a signal which is "softer" or "harder" compared to traditional amplipulsetherapy.
The apparatus has electric wave stabilization mode, i. e. if the resistance of the patient's skin changes during the treatment, the strength of current remains unchanged.
All types of signals realized in the apparatus are the function of the software so it is easy to expand the range of functions by changing characteristics, combinations and alteration of signals.
The apparatus operates the function of automatic patient protection in the electric chain. When the treatment is completed the apparatus automatically switches off smoothly decreasing the strength of current and producing a sound signal.
The button regulating the strength of current is blocked with program means to prevent the chance for the strength of current to increase during a pause (when currents SR, SW, DW, SMC 2, SMC 5 are used).
The apparatus has a built-in condition control system which checks its operating capacity each time when it is switched on.
